My Dear Student,
Thank you for your overwhelming
support and appreciation that I received from you for that multimedia mail of mine. I am
really moved and quite excited about the whole issue.
It all started from
a fancy idea. After seeing a lot of newsletters (i.e. letters coming from
Websites), and comparing them with the ordinary mails that I received
from students, I wondered how the Website people develop such colourful mails! I always had the belief deep inside my heart, that it is definitely possible for us too to send colourful mails rich
with graphics, voice and music.
I started with
just formatted emails where text was only highlighted in colours with other
styles (as allowed by Outlook Express). Gradually I started improving upon
myself and at last I think, I
succeeded. The amount of pains that went on to reach this state is only known by
the Almighty GOD.....
The Good News is
that, a few students of mine like e.g. Meranul Arfin
(ICSE 2002), Priyanka Dutta (HS 2003) etc. have
already started sending me really colourful mails. I am
really enthralled. They must have been inspired by that mail of mine !
Its really great! Just keep trying...
